Parking Ilidža
Ilidža is Sarajevo's spa suburb — home to Vrelo Bosne park, the thermal baths and the famous Velika aleja promenade — and it sits right next to the airport. Parking here is easier than in the city centre, but the popular weekend spots by the park still fill up.

Parking in Ilidža
Around the Ilidža spa zone and hotels you will find a mix of free supermarket lots, hotel parking and metered spaces. Shopping centres like Bingo City Center offer large free lots for customers, and several hotels (Hotel Hollywood among them) open their parking to visitors.
Vrelo Bosne is the catch: cars cannot enter Velika aleja itself, so on sunny weekends the lots at the park entrance overflow by mid-morning. A private spot near the promenade lets you park once and walk or take a horse-drawn carriage down the alley.
Because Ilidža borders the airport, many private park-and-fly lots technically sit in Ilidža municipality — Butmir and Donji Kotorac are minutes away. If you are flying out, compare those on the airport parking page as well.

Free lots exist — with rules
Supermarket and mall lots are free for customers, usually with a posted time limit. Fine for shopping, not for a day at the spa.
Flying out? Compare airport lots
Park-and-fly lots in Butmir and Donji Kotorac are 5 minutes from Ilidža and cost 8–10 KM/day with a free shuttle to the terminal.
Tram terminus parking
Ilidža is the last stop of Sarajevo's tram line. Park here for the day and ride the tram into the centre — cheaper than parking in Centar.
